  • Clean, lovely photos on the walls, spacious waiting areas and a really nice cafeteria area with awesome views. All staff I encountered were pleasant, gracious and helpful. That being said, the entire process is a cluster and someone needs to figure out how to streamline and simplify. All branches are tossed together and it's quite a confusing ordeal with too many families herded together. Also, may I suggest a holding pen for children under 12?
