  • When you let young punks represent your store you obviously care very little about customer service. In a place where you are trusting your body to someone for a piercing or a tattoo you want to feel confident in the staff and what they offer. Please consider hiring people with at least a fifth grade education and training your staff with basic customer service skills would help. This place sucks!!
