  • Let me start by saying that I've worked on the clinical side of things at many hospitals throughout the years, so I know what I'm talking about. If you have a choice, steer clear of this hospital! Mercy Gilbert for the most part is incompetent and unorganized, if not dangerous. Their parent company (Dignity Health) is in financial trouble, which is evident in the cost cutting subpar care they are giving.
