We ordered the truffle artichoke soup, surf & turf and the lobster. The soup had a smooth consistency which was paired nicely w/ shaves of parmesan and black truffle. The surf & turf consisted of Wagyu flown in from Japan that was accompanied w/ lobster and rigatone stuffed w/ bone marrow, mushroom and bean. Lastly, the lobster was the same dish as the surf & turf sans the turf part.
We skipped dessert because we were quite full. However, they did bring out a grapefruit tartine as it was my birthday. Thank you! We also met the chef towards the end of the meal. Very nice gentleman.
