I passed by this store when I was in Las Vegas during my April 2016 vacation as I was in the general area (I went to "The Boulevard Mall" in order to make some changes to my T-Mobile account)
99 Ranch Market is an Asian grocery store with a food court attached. I bought some ramen noodles and some Asian style (seafood flavoured) chips, and wasabi flavoured peas from the grocery store. I had a craving for both items and since the place that I was staying at had a stove, it wouldn't be an issue for me to cook some ramen noodles. They had a large variety of ramen noodles so if you like or want to sample the instant ramen noodles where you put them in boiling water with the included soup stock, you can purchase different types here.
I wanted to try the food at the food court but because I was planning on going to a buffet later in the afternoon, I opted to save my appetite for the buffet.
I didn't have a car with me during my April 2016 vacation so distance-wise (and cost-wise)I used Lyft to get to The Boulevard Mall in order to make my changes on my T-Mobile account and it cost me ~$10.00 (from MGM Grand) and took roughly 10 minutes. After arriving at The Boulevard Mall, it is within a relatively short walking distance to this 99 Ranch Market.
If you're looking for a large Asian grocery store with a food court (and you're in the area), I don't have any issues suggesting this place. You can probably find whatever Asian food/fruit/vegetables you want here.
