  • I recently purchased a home with the help of Sue Perry as my real estate agent. I had a very positive experience and learned a lot through the process. Sue was able find homes with all my specifications and her insight was really essential during this time, offering a ton of info about the valuation of the properties and possibilities for improvements, while being a really fun person to talk to. She has a lot of experience, and brings in her know how from owning her own business in home improvement. She suggested a really great loan officer and was extremely supportive during the period of securing a mortgage and closing on the home. She really was my go to person and I haven't had any issues. Great person to work with and to consult about any question related to buying or selling a home.
