I have been going to this location since the day it opened. I have seen the service levels drop dramatically since that day. A few things that the GM @ this location needs to create is a culture that embodies overall customer service, and one that ensures a great experience as well. I don't spend $300 a month on coffee because Starbucks has the best baristas is town. I spend my money at this location and with this company for the experience as well. I have been treated without respect at this location on a few different occasions, I am constantly given the wrong drinks (or the one that I ordered was made incorrectly), I have had to go back to the store on numerous occasions to show the baristas HOW they made my drink incorrectly, etc...
For coffee drinkers the best thing about starting the day is to get that custom drink to get the day rolling. When paying for dissatisfaction (on a regular basis) becomes a normalcy for starting my day.... well then I guess I'm asking for it if I keep spending my money here.
I love Starbucks as a company but this location needs major improvements in terms of customer service and delivering the experience that Kevin Johnson expects each location to provide.
