  • one word NIGHTMARE. And where do you find it to be a 4 plus star Hotel.NOT. Do Not have your wedding here. Remember you get what you pay for. Trust me the list goes on forever. Starting with the front desk. Giving us a key to our room. Walk into a room full of men. Yes the room was already occupied. Told Kate at the desk what she did. Her attitude ,Ya sucked. Told me that was my daughters fault. Sorry but my daughter didn't hand out multiple keys to everyone.That wasn't her job. Kate that was your JOB. Front desk didn't have a clue. SO the mother & Father of the bride have to travel 20 mi, back home to get ready. Then when we did get a room, Filthy,hair on the pillow cases. next morning want to take a 3 yr. old down stairs to eat.... Nope Cafe closed. Go to Buffett. advertises $8,99 nope triple the price. Needed a players card. They would not accommodate us even though they had NO cafe. Once again our fault. Step up Aliante. A lot better place in this town to stay. And do NOT use their DJ . horrible
