| - Hard Rock Soft Bed
I checked in Sunday afternoon. And even though I missed the Avn awards, the scenery this casino offered was still very delightful.
Check in process was nice and easy, with a full cast of employees covering all stations to speed the process. The Rock memorabilia displayed isn't my thing but for those into Music and History of, I would imagine this to be a nice bonus for your stay. I didn't eat at the casino this time but I have been to their NOBU restaurant on multiple occasions and each time left satisfied. I am a particular fan of the Omakase, the chefs choice. It's a nice way to learn a new cultures food.
The center bar and sports book were both easily accessible and hot beds of activity for any gamers or drinkers.
My first and only real complaint was the cleanliness of the hallways and poorly lit, under manicured bathroom.
The room though average size felt very open and the ability to open a door to the outside air was a particular treat.
Although now that I think about it, the wifi was something I didn't care for. They do offer connection but for high speed you have to pay a premium and go through a whole process. Why not just 'point and click add to the bill'?
Mini bar was stocked well, however getting into the refrigerator required magic, so...
I didn't attend but I know they still do The Sunday Pool party which last I checked was still one of the best parties in town.
But the highlight of the stay was the Bed. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever laid in and outfitted with some of the softest and most inviting sheets and pillows on the planet. In retrospect, I would have spent more time in bed that working out or walking around.
My recommendation, if you want to have a good time and a reasonable price stay that offers accessible location to all things on the strip (ps-strip club across the street and the fruit loop just south for all you gay party goers)
And be able to sleep off the wild nights, this is your Place.
