  • If I had the ability to rate zero I would! This place is a ripoff. We paid them $418 for them to literally mess everything up. They gave us a serve card but never offered to have the taxes loaded to it, we never received our $50. We called several times daily almost for Jesus the tax preparer to literally take our information with zero call back. I after 2 days finally received a call back from Mario who said he was the manager, he sounded like he was at a BBQ with kids playing in the background and didn't even hear the reason for my call, he said I can't talk to him like that after expressing my interaction with Jesus, he then hung up on me. I contacted corporate to try and remedy, they gave me Christopher Scott as a district manager and said he'd contact me in 24 hours... I instead received a call back from Stan Krawczyk who said Christopher Scott doesn't even exist he then listened to my complaint and said he'd discount next year's taxes wtf?! Still can't use the 16 digit pin and still haven't had any resolution to where my taxes are being sent. And why they would be available later than my accepted date. SCAM!! RIPOFF!!!
