  • I shop at this Ulta regularly and will definitely have to try one of the other locations. I went yesterday looking for a specific item and instead of directing me to where I could find it, kept trying to sell me a much more expensive line. I politely declined multiple times and the employee insisted I should try something new. When I finally said no I just want what I came for I was directed with a wave of the hand to the back of the store. The employee couldn't be bothered to show me where to look. I went to the back of the store and no products to be found. I finally found someone to show me where to find what I was looking for. I have limited time when running errands as I care for an elderly parent and don't have time or patience for sales games. Very unprofessional and rude service.
