  • Yay! I'm a fan of the yogurt but the people who work there, boy talk about "who gives a shit millennials." I live in the neighborhood so its a good place to get a treat. The changing flavors offer a nice opportunity to try something new on almost every visit. The young girls who work there though don't seem to understand service. A new ice cream place is opening in Scottsdale Quarter in the next few months and it will be interesting to see how it will impact Menchies. Maybe the owners will have to get off their ass and impart some service and customer service skills into their employees.
