First experience bringing the new cats. Call twice to make an appointment, no answer, left a message, no one returns the calls. Finally land someone on the phone a week later, make a Saturday morning appointment specifying that I need to be somewhere by noon.
Appointment time of 10:40 not respected. Multiple people with 11;00 appointments for both cats and dogs seen first, walk ins seen first (non emergency) I had to leave after an hour of waiting with my pets still not treated.
I had to leave my pets to have their booster shots and send a friend to pick them up, not be able to complete 2/3 of the appointment as I am not there to be shown how to trim their nails (the only reason I was waiting to clip them) nor ask for the vet's investigation of a certain coughing/sneezing behavior that's been repeating (kept video of the incidents) nor provide any in person information relevant to their check ups and other issues with their diet.
At no point did the staff advise us of any anticipated delay as we say there for an hour. The service has drastically changed since I last used their services and I will be looking elsewhere for my pets' needs.
