  • First and foremost the reason for this review is the customer service, top notch! I have been frequenting this location on a weekly basis for probably the past year and a half. The store is clean and well staffed, the merchandise is current and well priced. I would definitely recommend doing your registry here, the ease in setting it up was great and for a first time parent, i was too informed which left me actually clueless, so the staff guiding me through the process was a relief! There was a "snaffew" if you will, in the ordering of our furniture for the nursery. It was quoted to arrive before baby, but as time neared it was set to arrive after. This is where the staff jumped into action, calling me immediately to alert me to the fact and then working with us to right the situation. They went above and BEYOND what they had to do. As a first time mom approaching my due date, this is the last thing i wanted to deal with and the staff alleviated my anxiety and worry and went out of their way to fix the problem. By doing so they earned a customer for life, I don't know if that's why they did it or not, but with as much as i spoil my kid and expect more on the way, they really secured an account with me! No Babies R Us or other competitors, even if i have to pay a little extra, the sale will always go to Buy Buy Baby! Now, i actually have to go purchase a convertible car seat, my babe is almost 1 eeek!!
