rev:text	I rented a car from dollar rental and had never done it before and told them I did not want insurance since my personal insurance covers it and when the statement came they had charged me for it and would not fix the problem since they said it was my fault for not looking correctly. I am so mad since the guy at the counter said I will not get charged for the insurance! This was first time with a rental car and they did not help me like they should have
