  • I've used The Parking Spot in other cities and was excited to see it in Charlotte. The Irport long term lots are not staffed 24/7 and leaving or returning to my car in/late always worries me. I had an early flight and Mr Levin, my shuttle driver, explained the other available spots, how to get a shuttle when I returned (since it was after 11pm) as shuttles may be less frequent and helped me use the app. He also reminded me someone is always there and they check the lot frequently. My return was easy and quick. I have regular business trips and I can't wait to return.
