  • My PC was all screwed up, I believe from the Windows 10 Anniversary update (long story) and it might be obvious that I don't use this laptop often since the Anniversary update was in August. I use this one for running my books, so I needed it fixed. Brought it into Mike and crew and we discussed the options and we decided to reinstall the OS and start from scratch. Mike was excellent in his discussing the alternatives so it was an easy choice - to go back to Windows 7. I had a backup of my books, and the original license for Windows 7, so it made the decision easy. Well he had it fixed the next day and I took it home to install my accounting software. Well, I screwed it up and had to take it back to them where the gracious fix it and installed my accounting software for me. If you have a PC, I'd highly recommend them - very knowledgeable, and very quick service.
