  • RUN, RUN , RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could leave less than one star I would. This company has NOT repaired anything I have listed for repairs on The lease agreement a year ago! (with the owner) the owner is who I rented from, they hired this company three months into the lease. This company HAS NO WORK ETHICS NOR DOES IT CONDUCT BUSINESS HONESTLY!! They have blatantly broke the law several times. I went 7 months before a broken window was fixed and had no smoke alarms, I had to call the city building inspector and have them force them to do the work!!!!! When I call them on it they deny, of course. I will most likely land up taking them to court for full refund of my deposits because I truly believe they will attempt to keep it, however, we took 100 pictures when we moved in as well as video. They will be fined this time for the retention of my deposit if they try to keep it. This is not my first rodeo!! RUN RUN RUN from doing business with this company!!!!
