  • The worst experience I have had at a doctors appointment yet, if it were possible there would be no stars. I wish I would have read the reviews before going in because after reading I see that my issue has happened to just about everybody else. You think they would have figured it out by now. I went in for a routine women's exam and the only reason I switched doctors was because I just moved here from flagstaff and this was right by my house. I called my insurance before going to make sure this doctor was covered and they told me my appointment would be covered 100% so imagine my surprise when I receive a bill in the mail. They charged me for a preventive woman's exam(which is what I went in for) and additionally and outpatient visit($409). When I called to inquire about this they told me that it was because during my exam the doctored renewed my birth control. I have been getting my birth control at my yearly exam for years and have never ever been charged extra for this. Needless to say I will never be going back to this doctor and will make sure no friends or family do either.
