  • My fiancĂ©e and I went to D&R for a custom engagement ring after seeing very positive reviews online, and the experience definitely matched their 5-star reputation. Rich met with us on our first visit and walked us through the process, and then Dave met with us on subsequent visits for the ring design process. Both owners are very friendly and professional, and they truly care about customer service. Their office setting is definitely different from most jewelers, but that's a good thing because it allows them to offer the best value for your money and provide wonderful personalized service. For a fully custom, unique ring with a high-quality stone, their price is lower than what a typical retail jeweler would charge for a generic ring. I highly recommend talking to Dave and Rich before buying anything from a traditional jeweler. If you give them a chance to compete and earn your business, you won't be disappointed. We will be returning to D&R for both of our wedding bands and I know the result will be just as amazing as the engagement ring. Overall, D&R is a perfect example of how a local, customer-focused small business should be run.
