| - Terrible service. Took two Michele watches for battery repair. Jim (owner) said one of the watches had a broken movement, and the other one was working fine so he changed the battery, charged me $20. I get home, notice the second hand is moving (on the watch he changed the battery on), but the time never changes. At the same visit, I drop off a David Yurman ring and necklace to have polished, he said he'd give it to his jeweler and call me with a quote. He quotes me $10 to polish the necklace, says his jeweler can't polish the ring (no explanation as to why). A week later I go pick up my jewelry, the ring is polished (?) and the necklace is CHIPPED. He said I must have turned it into him like that, as he's yelling at me! I told him I didn't several times, and he says "I heard you the first seven times, you don't have to keep repeating yourself." At this point I'm livid and just want to pay (yes PAY, he charged me $25 even though he quoted me $10) and leave. Oh and when I bring up the fact that my watch doesn't work, he tells me it's not his problem. SAVE YOURSELF PEOPLE. I've never felt so disrespected. What a waste of money. I don't know how this man is still in business with that attitude.
