  • I really wish I could give a lower score. I ordered flowers through FTD and the order was fulfilled by Blooming Memory. We were extremely disappointed with the arrangement as it was not nearly what was advertised. I ordered the "Bountiful Blooms" Beyond Beautiful Bouquet and what was delivered was not the equivalent of the standard bouquet. There was only one full/ open Lilly in the entire bouquet. It was not nearly as full as the advertisement and the colored flowers were not well distributed throughout the arrangement. I complained to FTD who arranged a redelivery of the flowers. FTD did not state that it was an exchange. When the delivery person arrived, he was rude to one of her coworkers then to her. He brought a better, but still not nearly as nice arrangement as the advertisement then refused to leave it because we did not have the previous one for exchange. Insulting the recipient really brought the mood I intended...not!!! I once again Called FTD who had "J&A Flowers" deliver a replacement. They did a much better job. It was fuller and the colored flowers were properly arranged throughout the arrangement rather than mostly on one side. I have attached three photos. The first is from the advertisement. The second is the Arrangement that was originally delivered and the final one is the flowers delivered by Flowers in Heat.
