  • Stayed here over the weekend to catch some games at Chase Field and my family and I had a wonderful experience! One word made this experience 5 stars: Shyra. She was the front desk person that checked me in and she was amazing. She was friendly, polite and fast but thorough. My initial contact with her really set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. I hope her management recognizes her for her incredible customer service skills. Valet and bell hop personnel were also extremely friendly also. The rooms were clean and decent sized, but bathrooms are a bit small. Super convenient walking distance to Chase Field. We used the pool and it was also a little small but good enough. I'd definitely stay here again.
