I called Laura earlier today and she was able to send Chris to diagnose our problem. We had an A/C unit installed last spring by another company.It would not blow hot air. Chris saw what the problem was right away.The polarity in the wiring was reversed. It took him no time to do the repair. I error I showed him to the attic in my husband's closet first.. Poor Chris was covered in insulation. It was all over him and the closet floor & hallway.
Laura was friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating. Chris was pleasant,knowledgeable, professional and unfazed by my dogs.
The trip fee was waived. And there is a senior and/or military discount. Can only have one.
Wish we had found Arizona's Dukes of Air before we had our last A/C
installed. Our unit was still under warranty but since it wasn't working I figured I should find someone who knows how to fix them.
It was a good experience.
