  • Contacted them for a quote to do some work in my backyard. The girl I spoke to first was great, very polite and took down my information for someone to contact me about the quote. When someone finally did contact me about a quote they gave me a very rough estimate over the phone without even knowing the details of what I wanted. They didn't send someone out to look at the property and discuss plans with me. Very unprofessional. I'm not going to hire this company if they can't be bothered to care about even giving me a proper quote for this project.
