The theater was freezing. Bring a sweater.
It started off really bad. The opening act was very awkward with "Girl, girls, girls" playing but no one dancing, just posing. In fact EVERY time the girls tried to dance in unison it was unbearable. I can't even call it dance. It was robotic and poorly outdated. Even the comic started out rough.
But then things picked up. The ladies did solo acts that were entertaining. The comedian got better and i liked the quirky magic act. It was old school stage tricks but still entertaining.
I wasn't bored. That is a plus. It was actually one of the better topless shows I've seen so far. It was cute and true to the cabaret style. Some of the girls were way too skinny. They looked like children. Feed them something! It is not fair to say they were unattractive. Sure they did not have the polished look that we have become accustom to in the entertainment world. But they were still above average. Look around the room. You have to say they are better looking than 95% of the women out there.
I would not pay big bucks to see this show but it is not a total waste of time. Just go with a good attitude and don't try to hold it to too high of a standard. It is better than Peep Show or Pin Up, that is for sure and those tickets sell for much more.
