  • I want to start by saying: I have been here a hand full of times and haven't experienced a visit like this one. I MADE A RESERVATION... I want to make that clear. We arrived with two guests who hadn't been there before and really wanted to impress them with one of our favorite joints in central Phoenix. We sat down at about 7:51pm and not one person had come to our table, not one, by 8:05. We asked someone walking by if we even had a server. A man came and promised the world. We decided to order a bottle of wine and by 8:40 we hadn't gotten it. We ordered an appetizer from another girl we made eye contact with and then our wine came and two seconds later came out app. I was embarrassed and my boyfriend asked for the manager. She offered to take our dinner order and or dessert then when she came over. We didn't want desert bc we hadn't even eaten dinner! I was really pissed but the manager comped our bottle of wine and fingerling potatoes. We went to another place close by and really enjoyed speedy service and attention from the wait staff. We will be back eventually but this was the worst service. P.s. this is a short summary of the way we were treated.... this is a long review but I don't want to barf it all out.
