  • I was supposed to be picked up at 8:00 for a 9:00 doctor appointment. They didn't show up until 9:20. The doctor's office said it was okay to be a few minutes late, but not that late. I told them to tell the driver to just cancel. I had to reschedule the appointment because I probably wouldn't have gotten there until 9:45, the doctor wasn't going to wait that long.
