I reported the situation to Groupon and someone from Big Tex finally called me back. She claimed that they never got my messages - funny, before there was a problem, they got my messages on the same phone number. By the time they called back, they were booked until APRIL! It was February when this took place. Groupon refunded my money. I can't tell you if their service is any good because I needed the service within weeks, not months.
