  • I guess I should have read the reviews here first. I will say that my car was repaired properly. The tech Ron who worked on the car was all smiles and pleasant to talk with. BIG WORD OF CAUTION THOUGH! The upsell techniques they use are dishonest by current automotive standards and yes, I am an expert in this area. 1) Get your estimate in writing, or email or text with complete detail. Do not approve anything verbally. 2) Make sure they print your repair order and you look it over BEFORE you pay. In my experience "the speed of the captain is the speed of the ship" so shame on the store manager. The service manager Jay, should NEVER be talking to customers - ever!!!!
