  • I was a regular here but when they changed management I noticed that they have become a bit more disorganized. Today, I made an appointment with a friend, we both showed up on time. My friend waited 10 minutes for her appointment and was seen. Someone walked in without an appointment with a "nail emergency" to fix a few her broken nails. I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and when the next nail technician was available he took the walk in and not me. None of the other nail technicians were close to finished with their clients so I would've had to wait at least another 20 minutes so I ended up leaving. They were very rude about it and did nothing to accommodate me even though I had an appointment. I will NOT be going back here EVER again. On a side note: they use electric buffers to remove shellac to rush through as many clients as possible. These are really bad for your nails and salons are not suppose to use them for shellac.
