rev:text	$40 is way too much to pay for a basic oil change, if you get synthetic it can run up to $80! Way overpriced. The only reason I used to go here is because I would get a $15 coupon from online, so it ended up being $25 which is more reasonable. When there isn't a line of cars out front, you can be in and out within 15 minutes, but usually there is a 45 minute wait to be seen. Now about the service. They noticed that the air intake on my car was loose so they showed me and said they would tighten it up. I thought nothing about it, then I went and started accelerating on Eastern and my throttle got completely stuck open. I had to slam on my brakes to even slow down because my car kept accelerating; one of the scariest driving experiences of my life. When I made it home, I noticed that when the tightened the air intake they rotated the clamp so the screw was in the way of the throttle, very unsafe. Also, on 2 separate occasions I got home and noticed that my car started to leak oil. I went back both times and they said that the nut was misthreaded when they put it back on. This is their one job and they can't even do it right. The mood there is very strange as well. They are very rushed and everyone is always yelling to communicate with each other. I understand they do this to do things more quickly, but it just creates an uncomfortable environment. They call you over to the computer to "check you in". They go through all the upsells that they have to cover and don't try to push you on it. On the computer screen it always shows a red bar for each product because it supposedly hasn't been done. It's all designed to get you to get your bill higher.
