| - This review is written primarily with my last visit in mind. I go to Henderson at least once a month with my family, and we typically stop at this Dunkin' Donuts at sometime during our stay. The donuts are a bit overpriced but we come here anyway because you can't get Dunkin' Donuts in California or a variety of donut holes (Munchkins). The donuts are usually fresh, however on one or two occasions we have gone here in the morning and the donuts are a little hard. That's not what you'd expect at that time of day.
On my last visit, my order was taken and donut portion filled without a problem. I also ordered a flat bread, turkey sausage and egg white breakfast sandwich that I had to wait for. After almost 10 minutes, I asked the woman working the drive thru how long does it take to make a breakfast sandwich. She looked at Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum and then said to me, "They're working on it."
I could see Tweedle Dee looking at the order screen, mumbling something to Tweedle Dum and checking the drive thru bags for my sandwich. I then saw both of them looking at the screen together trying to figure out where my order was. I said to them, "If it's a problem, could I just get my money back. I don't need the sandwich." Tweedle Dum (her real name is Megan) said quite rudely, "I'm making it. Just hold on. Geez." When she gave me my order, she tossed the bag on the counter and sarcastically said, "Here you go. Sorry about the wait." as she rolled her eyes. I asked who was her manager and she pointed to a woman who was getting coffee and said, "Have at it." I asked the manager to come over and began to explain that I was upset because of Megan's attitude, and Megan interrupts with excuses. The manager tried to get her to be quiet, but she just couldn't do it. The manager told her she wasn't right, and Megan still had to keep talking. The manager told her she wasn't helping, and Megan continued talking. I said to the manager, "That's the exact attitude I'm talking about. She should be fired because her attitude sucks." Then I walked out.
I was so angry, I didn't check my sandwich until I stopped at a gas station about 15 minutes away. IT WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED!
Never again will we be going back.
