  • What an excellent place to be a patient! I was very impressed with the professionalism of each member of their staff. They all smiled, shook my hand, and introduced themselves. I received a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of the objectives for my visit. Everything was very well organized and thoroughly explained. All of my x-rays and pictures were reviewed with me in detail. I felt more like a person than a number. Nothing was rushed and I felt valued. The most memorable and impactful statement from Dr. Heap was that he was not going to do anything to me that he wouldn't do for himself. This is reassuring because I know there are many providers out there who perform procedures unnecessarily for the extra pay/income. Additionally, the organization and each member of their staff believes in philanthropic efforts through the donation of their time and money to those in need. What a selfless act! This place truly wants to do good for their patients and the community. What a blessing! Exactly what I was looking for in a dentist!
