  • My mortgage was sold to RPM and it has been nothing but hassle from day one. If you try to call expect this to be at least an hour ordeal. And when you do finally get someone they barely speak English and have no clue how to do their job. God forbid you ask to speak to a manager you will be on hold for another 30 minutes. Don't bother emailing them, they won't respond. Received my mortgage in the mail ten days AFTER the due date and when I call they tell me there's a 16 day grace period before I'm penalized. I am expected to make payments on time. You should be expected to send mortgage statements out on time. If you have the choice do not do business with this low class business
