  • Although I hold this place close to my heart I must say I am terribly disappointed. I decided to spend here 2 nights since I saw an advertisement saying rooms were $49 a night, however, it comes up to $100 a night with the deceiving resort fee. Upon arrival, I was assigned a 2 bed room even though I said I would wait for a single bed one. I checked in at 6 pm, and they didn't have a single bed room ready for me. I accepted the 2 bed room unhappily. Then, I went to my room, looking forward to a nice hot bath but realized rooms don't have bath tubs!!! ; instead, there is a shower with NO DOOR. So my butt was freezing while I was trying to keep warm. When I went to the hallway to get a soda, machine wasn't working so I was forced to buy the $5 sodas from the minibar in the room. Upon eating dinner in room, I took cart out for pick up and when I woke up the next day, cart was still there stinking like food. Upon waking up, TV didn't work so I had to call and they sent an engineer. Honestly, the list goes on. It was terrible. It seems they are thinking about themselves and being cheap instead of thinking of the customers' comfort. What an awful experience.
