  • I'm struggling to see the purpose of these huge baking centers with just a handful of employees. One personal banker, two tellers, one preoccupied greater, and a mystical voice from behind a door. Came in earlier today and was told I needed an appointment, which I made. Returned at my designated time and sat for 25 minutes waiting to be seen. Once I finally was helped, the person that helped me was polite and friendly, without being overly personal. In general I would give this two and a half stars, but as the other reviewer stated take a book because you're going to have to wait.
