  • All I can say is WOW! This place is simply amazing! As I don't live in the Cleveland area, I don't come here often enough. Okay, I have been here a total of 2 times in the last 20 years. But my oh my have both trips been a fully visceral experience and exciting. First off, the Market is HUGE! There are actually 2 sections. The first, is an outdoor market boasting colorful, inexpensive and fresh fruits and vegetables. So many to choose from! Lots of new items for me that I had never heard of or thought were too exotic to afford. But, pleasantly this was not the case. If you are lucky enough to live in the area, why would you ever go to the grocery store. Farmers markets are the absolute place for fruits and veggies. The second are is indoor and even bigger and the vendors and selections are varied and numerous. The indoor market has EVERYTHING! No exaggeration here. Food varieties from close to home to around the world are right here! You can find it all! Fresh seafood, chicken, beef, pork and various other meats, freshly baked breads, pastries and various baked goods, pasta and perogis, spices, gyros, ethnic specialties and restaurants all under one massive roof. Come our, do your shopping, meet new people, experience a true market atmosphere, grab lunch and experience the history of this amazing establishment! You will thank me!
