The price they display is the price everyone qualifies for, not like most dealers where you learn that the price on the internet was only for those who qualify for all these exclusive discounts (military, college grad, etc., etc.,). So, I was able to look at their cars and not be surprised what my car payment would be. To my surpise, I actually qualified for more discounts than were advertised - Not less.
What will keep me coming back was their polite and patient manner while I was being indecisive about which vehicle I liked the most. They made sure I fully understood the features of all of the vehicles I looked at and they were very knowledgable about their products. If you ever want a low-pressure car shopping experience where they treat you like a valued friend, then talk to Kirk Kennedy or Sid Grinstein - the two sales professionals I dealt with. They are the best in my book, and I have bought my share of cars over the years.
