  • Crowded, disorganized, small, hot - thank god it was free! Huge disappointment. Two separate lines to enter - no idea why till you get up to the staff and they inform you the line you have been waiting in for 20 minutes is to pay for a picture with the cubs..... Tried to suggest they may want to let people know ahead of time but was completely ignored, they walked off while I was still talking. No signs, no notification. After lining up again for the 'walk through' we spend a total of 3 minutes crowded in with everyone else before ending up in the gift shop. Don't put this on your to-do list unless you really have nothing better to do.
