  • Purchased a new Note 8; was asked multiple times if I wanted the Total Device Protection and each time said absolutely not no (it's a gigantic ripoff people). Seriously was four or five times. Made it completely clear I was not interested. Naturally I get my new bill today and they put Total Device Protection on there. I assume that these stores make their money off upselling things, but that's just straight up fraud.
