  • I would give this hotel a 2 star review and that's being generous. When we first arrived they had hidden fees that we were not aware of. One of which is a 15.00 resort fee per day. The other is we brought our pet, we were told the fee was refundable and the truth is it's not!!! The booking company told us we would receive a 75.00 voucher for food and beverage anywhere in the hotel, including their restaurant. This is not the case. You are only allowed to use it at the pool from 11-7 and breakfast until 11am. Which brings me to the BIGGEST issue, the pool bar. The woman at the pool bar was less than status quo. She was handling food with NO gloves while she proceeds to wipe the sweat from her forehead and then handle the food. She handled raw meet an then touched fruit, bread, you name it! It was disgusting to the point where we couldn't eat the food. So much for the $75.00! The only redeeming quality is the room. While it is quite outdated, it is a very spacious room. Needless to say, we will not be returning here anytime soon!
