  • Very college oriented boutique hotel. Lots of red colors, college themed decor with a small amount of rooms. Our bed was comfortable, air conditioning works well, bathroom appointed with all necessities. Maybe ask for extra bath towels as only 2 are provided. Clean & nice hotel & incomparable location just off State street. Friendly & helpful customer service. No complaints other than elevator service. One elevator out of service and the other is extremely slow with multiple people trying to use it at once. We used the stairs a couple of times. And underground parking is very limited but they gave us a parking pass for the main city parking garage just a couple blocks away. If you are looking for convenience to the University and comfort, this is a great place! A little pricey for the room but the location qualifies the price.
