  • Bought a dryer. Told them I needed a stacking kit. Delivery people come to my house and say I need a stacking unit, which wasn't included in the invoice so no dryer. Went to store and bought the stacking kit and rescheduled for the next day. Never delivered. Called the store 4 times to finally reach the young man who "scheduled" it. He rescheduled me for the following day and took my time we needed. I called the delivery company to make sure and the delivery was scheduled for the exact time I told them not. So I have push the delivery back. Will never buy from them again. Unbelievable.
