  • We stopped at Bigmouth for coffee but also because Mr. R is a donut nut. Go for the donuts, skip the coffee. They were offering Phoenix Coffee, a local brew and I'm not sure if they brewed it too weak or I'm just not a fan but we both threw or coffee out after a couple of sips, and it was our first caffeine of the day, so that's saying something. I ordered a cafe au lait and it was made with the weak brewed coffee. It was like drinking foamy hot water. As far as donuts I was interested in the coconut key lime but for the sake of restraint I just had one donut, the almond one. The body of the donut had a nice almond flavor and the consistency was richer than some donuts...it almost seemed more eggy. The sliced almonds on top added a nice crunch. Yum!
