  • Yup, still awful. Sent many messages to the "president" and general office, no response. After our last emails (July 4th), I told the agent to please email/call me as soon as the home was genuinely available, so that we could go see it. I emailed that agent again several days ago, because I noticed the home had been taken off of the sites like trulia and zillow. So I emailed him and asked if the home was still available. I just now got the response of him saying "Yes, I'll be there at 3 to show it." Really? I don't even know if we'll go. We want the house, but it would kill us to rent from this company!
