My car was hit and True Collision booked my reservation with this place. The lack of quality in their fleet is shocking and disgusting. The Dodge Dart they put me in was dented, filthy and it smelled like a 1000 pound ash tray, with close to 34,000 miles on it. I thought they took those out of the pool long before it came to that???? I didn't even want to sit in this thing and I'm sending my dress to the dry cleaners. I couldn't believe they would put a customer in something like that. Hair on the seats, soft drink stains on the doors-- foul!!! They kept offering to clean it after I had already waited close to a half hour to be picked up from the shop! That car needed to be professionally detailed!!! There was no quick fix there. I am an Emerald customer and the right thing to do would have been to upgrade me into something cleaner at least. Nope--not these clowns. Too much like being right. They through their hands up, said we don't have any other cars in that class, and walked away from the counter!!!! Then there is a mysterious charge that I have to dispute through my credit card company that they wouldn't remove. I was on the phone with a rep for 30 minutes on a Saturday about this. She didn't even know what the charge was for but had no authorization to remove it. NEVER EVER AGAIN! AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!! Too many other options out there for anyone to take a chance on having an experience like I had.
