  • Again at this place and again another fiasco. I show up to rent my truck and check in. Everything is going ok when the 3 idiots behind the counter start acting weird. Then the manager comes over and tells me there will be a $1,000 deposit in addition to the regular deposit. WHAT!?!?! He says that they are worried about me stealing their truck. Are you serious!?! I walked right out. I called Uhaul corporate and they couldnt beleive it either but said individual franchises can make their own rules. I rented with another Uhaul location with No Deposit. And no I didnt steal the truck. Ive rented at this location over a dozen times and NEVER again. Never was blind sided with a $1,000 additional deposit. Screw you Uhaul.
