Traded in my 15 ram for a 17, 8 days later got a call to go to the dealership for some "paperwork" got there in my other truck i own not the one i purchased. And they say that unfortunately the loan didnt get approved. Mind you this is all after the paperwork was all signed and completed. So they basically gave me two options, keep the new one and pay 790 a month with 10.9% intrest (the original signed deal was 576 a month with 4.5% intrest) or give it back and take my old one back. I asked a million times if this is a for sure deal and i have it all in text from the salesman. So now i drive across town again and i take my old truck back. Asked them to at least wash the damn thing and couldnt even do that for me after all the hassle i was put through. They assured me multiple times tgat this was the deal and it was done. The finances manager Curtis confirmed this with me apparently he doesnt remember, the salesman Antjuan or Maurice Curry, confirmed this with me and they said the main guy Han confirmed this as well. What good is a making a deal if A they cant keep their word of mouth or B by the numbers on the contract that were signed. I would not reccomend going here. Why sell a car if your just gonna have them bring it back in a week.
