  • I used to LOVE this place. It was my go to!! But the last two times I have gone the service has been absolutely horrendous. I got my acrylics on by Cindy, but each finger had a different length from the same finger on the other hand. And i paid $3 extra for the coffin shape, but each nail was terribly shaped. One nail even seemed lopsidedly shaped, so I asked her to fix it and when she did it ended up being a completely different shape from the rest of my nails. Then when i went to get them removed, I had a different old man who was incredibly rough and inconsiderate of the fact that i have nerves in my nails. He used some different method I've never had done before where he used a new acrylic nail to get under my acrylics and rip them off. Needless to say it was painful. Whenever I winced in pain he had no reaction and no apology. Along with the acrylics, he ripped off some of my actual nail too, making two of them bleed (also no apology for that). Will not be going back and would not recommend this nail salon ever
